The Cuidado Casero Foundation proudly presents the 2026 CCF Corazón de México Scholarship Fundraiser, Sabor, Salud y Sueños (Flavor, Wellness, and Dreams), an unforgettable evening celebrating Mexican culture, culinary traditions, exceptional wines, and the dreams of future healthcare professionals.

Join us on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the beautiful Cullen Yards in Fort Worth, Texas, for an immersive culinary experience designed to inspire, connect, and give back.

The evening begins with a vibrant cocktail reception featuring a signature welcome cocktail, live mariachi music, and an outdoor paella experience with a uniquely Mexican twist. Guests will then continue their journey inside for an elegant five-course dining experience paired with carefully selected wines from three distinguished wine regions of Mexico. Throughout the evening, attendees will enjoy live entertainment and meaningful opportunities to connect with community leaders, business professionals, philanthropists, and advocates who share a commitment to education and community impact.

At the heart of this celebration is a mission that extends far beyond the table.

Proceeds from the event directly support need-based scholarships for bilingual, Spanish-speaking nursing students and healthcare pathway scholars throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region and surrounding counties. Through scholarships, mentorship, and educational support, the Cuidado Casero Foundation empowers talented students to overcome financial barriers and pursue careers dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our communities.
